I had a pleasant experience. I forgot the receptionists name (I’m so sorry!) but she is very sweet and helpful. Nurse Linda was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and has a light hand when injecting. Maya (front desk) relayed my message to Linda (injector) and both gave me all the information I asked about and took advantage of the amazing promotion. Linda truly made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and will definitely be going back there because of the amazing customer service and looking forward to more treatment plans and results! I went in there for one thing and left with adding 2 more services that will benefit me and nothing ever felt pushed on me and i absolutely love that. Linda was incredibly professional. She walked me through everything, showed me the Botox box and vial before starting, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I tried cryotherapy and red light therapy for the first time at IceLab Cryotherapy and Wellness with friends, since social outings at our age apparently mean wellness adventures.

I was an absolute wimp in the cryotherapy chamber for the full 3 minutes, fully yelping, while my friend stood there like she was on a beach vacation. Linda, the owner, was so sweet and gave me a helpful tip to keep slowly turning, which made it way more manageable.

I’ve been dealing with a frozen shoulder, so I was especially interested in the recovery benefits. Cryotherapy seems like it would be great for inflammation, and the red light therapy afterward was the perfect reward. Twenty minutes with my eyes closed felt like a full reset.
