I had a pleasant experience. I forgot the receptionists name (I’m so sorry!) but she is very sweet and helpful. Nurse Linda was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and has a light hand when injecting. I was very comfortable during my visit. 10/10 I will be returning and I highly recommend this office!

Maya (front desk) relayed my message to Linda (injector) and both gave me all the information I asked about and took advantage of the amazing promotion. Linda truly made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and will definitely be going back there because of the amazing customer service and looking forward to more treatment plans and results! I went in there for one thing and left with adding 2 more services that will benefit me and nothing ever felt pushed on me and i absolutely love that. Linda was AMAZING and so patient and really listened to my concerns and she was the sweetest too!

Linda was incredibly professional. She walked me through everything, showed me the Botox box and vial before starting, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how thorough and transparent she was. Highly recommend Linda if you're thinking about getting Botox!

As someone approaching 70, I’ve become increasingly focused on staying healthy, active, and looking my best. That’s what led me to IceLab Cryo & Wellness in Costa Mesa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I’ve personally used their Botox and microneedling treatments and EMS training sessions, and I’ve been impressed with both the results and the professionalism of the team. The Botox & Micronedling gave me a refreshed, natural appearance without looking overdone, and the EMS workouts have helped me maintain strength and fitness in a way that’s both efficient and effective.

What I appreciate most is that the team takes the time to educate you and make sure you’re comfortable with every treatment. I never felt pressured, and they genuinely care about helping clients achieve their goals.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and equipped with excellent technology. Whether you’re interested in Botox, EMS training, cryotherapy, red light therapy, or overall wellness, IceLab offers tremendous value and a first-class experience.

I’ve recommended IceLab to friends and family and will continue coming back. If you’re looking for a trusted wellness and aesthetics provider in Costa Mesa, I highly highly recommend giving them a try.

I tried cryotherapy and red light therapy for the first time at IceLab Cryotherapy and Wellness with friends, since social outings at our age apparently mean wellness adventures.

I was an absolute wimp in the cryotherapy chamber for the full 3 minutes, fully yelping, while my friend stood there like she was on a beach vacation. Linda, the owner, was so sweet and gave me a helpful tip to keep slowly turning, which made it way more manageable.

I’ve been dealing with a frozen shoulder, so I was especially interested in the recovery benefits. Cryotherapy seems like it would be great for inflammation, and the red light therapy afterward was the perfect reward. Twenty minutes with my eyes closed felt like a full reset.

They provide everything you need, including a towel, socks, and boots. Clean space, great vibes, super friendly staff, and plenty of parking. If I lived closer, I would absolutely get a membership and go a couple times a week. 10 out of 10 would freeze again.
