Linda truly made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and will definitely be going back there because of the amazing customer service and looking forward to more treatment plans and results!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I tried cryotherapy and red light therapy for the first time at IceLab Cryotherapy and Wellness with friends, since social outings at our age apparently mean wellness adventures.

I was an absolute wimp in the cryotherapy chamber for the full 3 minutes, fully yelping, while my friend stood there like she was on a beach vacation. Linda, the owner, was so sweet and gave me a helpful tip to keep slowly turning, which made it way more manageable.

I’ve been dealing with a frozen shoulder, so I was especially interested in the recovery benefits. Cryotherapy seems like it would be great for inflammation, and the red light therapy afterward was the perfect reward. Twenty minutes with my eyes closed felt like a full reset.

They provide everything you need, including a towel, socks, and boots. Clean space, great vibes, super friendly staff, and plenty of parking. If I lived closer, I would absolutely get a membership and go a couple times a week. 10 out of 10 would freeze again.
